Free Returns

Here at Ignite we stand behind the quality of our products. We are so certain you will love your product; we offer a 14-day moneyback guarantee, with FREE returns. If you do not love your Ignite product, you can simply return it to us at no cost to you!

We are so confident that you will love your product, we give you two weeks to try them out! If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product and would like to make a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We strongly urge you to keep the original packaging, so that you can repackage your product in the case of a return. We will then send you a prepaid returns label, and you can schedule a pick-up at a time that suits you!

If you do need a new box, there will be a small cost to you, for the box and shipping costs. You’ll receive a new box and a prepaid returns label, from which you can schedule a pick-up at a time that suits you.

Non-returnable items excluded from this guarantee include:
• All forms of clearance stock (e.g., warehouse, floor stock etc.)
• Clearance items
• Gift Cards
• Orders for commercial or non-domestic use

Within 5 business days of receiving your return, and subject to confirming it is in 'as-new' condition, we will issue you with a refund amount equal to the price you paid. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

 

• Suggest a self repair (with an offer of compensation to you)
• Arrange a repair by a local tradesperson in your area (with an offer of compensation to you)
• Offer a partial or full store credit voucher or refund
• Replace the product (subject to availability)
• Arrange for the product to be returned to us

If we require you to return the product to us, we will pay the cost of the return.
